Only 4 Ingredient Condensed Milk Cake Recipe | Quick and Easy Recipe

Quick, easy and super simple recipe for a basic cake (Condensed Milk Cake). Really delicious, soft, and light. You can serve it with some icing sugar on the top or with some cream or ice-cream on the side. You can also use it as a base for a celebration cake, adding your favourite icing and decorations.
Ingredients:
125g butter, chopped, at room temperature
395g can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
225g (1 1/2cups) self-raising flour
Bake in the oven - 180C/160C fan forced (356F/320F fan forced). I used 20cm round cake pan.
If you don't have self-raising flour you can easily make it at home.
How to make self-raising flour:
just add 2 tsp of baking powder into 150g of plain flour. That's all!
