One of my very favourite flags on the planet! And I much more prefer their local name of Sakartvelo rather than Georgia.

You haven't mentioned Khinkali, which is also traditional dish served almost everywhere here :) Well, similar meal is made in China for instance (dumplings), but this is something different, something more region specific. Hope you can taste that too :)
