According to NY Times, I read that the five Somali men attempted to do a late night hijack with attack.... as if everyone on that USS Nicholas (a missle guided frigate)was going to be knocked out fast asleep😂 They were taken into custody on April 1st 2010. In November 2010, they were convicted of piracy by a federal court in Virginia. All faced mandatory life sentences for such a stupid decision.
