With ''growth'' you mean hypertrophy or strenght? Or do both go hand in hand. I train for climbing so should i stop halfway down and pull up again?

Does challenging a muscle under load at the stretched position is what elicit more muscle growth or stretching the sacromeres is what cause it ?

I can't believe in this fitness industry. From some years they were saying muscle growth happens when you do full range of motion, and now you are saying to do partial reps just by some recent studies....
Oh god these studies😏
In future new studies will come which will say something else and you have to believe that also
