I'm an Samsung Note 9 user. Love the stylus support. What apple could do with a stylus would be amazing. Apple Note + stylus would be the ultimate note-taker.

iPhone with a mini Apple Pencil is my dream phone. 6.1in-6.4in display

I hope so! It would be very useful for artists on-the-go!

Thanks for showing us a version of a stylus on the iPhone and nice to see it working on several apps. I would prefer having a stylus built in like how the Palm Pilot had.

This sucks because I would really love to start my digital art drawing journey on my iPhone 12 Pro Max.

I have an Adonit Snap 2 as well. In fact, you don't need to bluetooth-pair with the iPhone to use it. The bluetooth function can be used as a "camera shutter button", but need not be paired to the iPhone to use.

I purchased one of these styluses and for the price I am pleased. It gives me the option of a type of stylus on my I phone. If nothing else, it allows me to type more quickly on my iPhone 8 when entering data into ROAM RESEARCH. The other use I found is that it allows me to hand write on my old iPad Mini.
For the price, it works ok.

I'd love some form of stylus support. I'm currently using a Note 10 but would prefer the quality of Apple apps. Having a pencil support would mean notepad-in-a-pocket at all times without the need to be carrying iPad around continually. But, unfortunately, I don't think Apple will bring it to market. I do think they are missing the opportunity of sales though with a group of the population. Just my thoughts.

I don't think they necessarily need to make a new stylus, but rather just add on support for their apple pencils to at least the higher end bigger screen pro max models of the iphone. Because there's no way you're going to convince me that a 6th/7th gen regular ipad can support the apple pencil but their flag ship iphone pro max doesn't have the necessary hardware to do so as well.

THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO I'm currently sporting a Samsung Note 9. Having been waiting to upgrade to an iPhone but it MUST HAVE A STYLUS.

This is why I use Samsung Note phones. Apple could implement all of this, but they are being belligerent because Jobs was against styluses.

I hope that the iphone would support the apple pencil, just like the galaxy note, there can be various uses for the apple pencil..eg: you could write down your to do list instead of typing it, the iphone supports all kinds of note taking apps like notability and goodnotes so you could write down notes instead of typing them which I do (I type them on goodnotes and it takes too much time), you also have procreate pocket + many other sketching apps that could be used better if there was an apple pencil, + people that have big hands could write messages down with the tip of the pencil instead of using their fingers . The screens on the iphone are getting larger and larger so they might as well add the apple pencil support for better use.

it would be just great if they added apple pencil support for the max, i would buy a max if that was the case

I have got the Adonit Snap and I hate it...I can't wait for Apple to implement the Apple Pencil support on the iPhone!

most disk type styluses are working well however there is no palm rejection and pressure sensitivity. I have been using wacom bamboo fine line 3 but it works only with supported apps which is sketchbook, pocket create, zen brush 2, note shelf etc.
I really like to see adonit snap like device working properly both with old and new iphones. I don’t think that apple Pencil or any other apple supported device will come to iphone because they didn’t bring to scribble to ios 14 altough there is scribble in ipados 14

I disagree that iPhone is too small. I have iPhone X, waiting for the “next new one” to come out and will upgrade. But what I was saying is that my current phone’s width is slightly thinner than the sticky pads and dozens of notes I have laying around scattered on my desk. I have to use my employers issued HP laptop, and obviously it’s not compatible with iPad. I find it easier to use sticky notes, rather than use open my iPad Pro, then write it out. I have a traumatic brain injury and PTSD and with that I have very short memory loss. Those few seconds I will completely forget a thought. I’ve been tying to use my Apple Watch to speak a reminder but it spend more time editing Siri’s comprehension of what I said, then I forgot the rest of my thought.
I agree with you Tom, when the screen is off, I hope Apple will allow the user to just start writing a note like with pad. What I found is that I can email my notes from my iPad to my works OneDrive and then I have them.

What I’d give to be able to just spend a day with you sir to sit down and show me how to get more out of my iPad for work. I would say that I’m comfortable with using technology and have had iPhone for years, but the American Veterans Administration issued me the iPad to assist me with my memory, I just have no time to sit and rewatch videos. I and really just hands on and learn better with hands on instruction. But thank you for all your great advice and sharing your knowledge!

Loves the video! Have you tried the Elago Grip? I’d like to know which one is better for detailed work?
