I'm not trying to knock other countries but made in USA is a requirement for me for an EDC..

And I swear this is the only YouTube channel I know where the substitute is just as good as the main host.

A Band Aid on a knife reviewer’s digit = Instant street cred.

American-made EDC is an EXCELLENT category of knives to explore. THANK YOU. SIR! I always try to buy knives made in America and allied countries. Several other good categories for videos are American survival, camping, and tactical knives.

I truly think Seth does an excellent job in front of the camera. I would love to see him do a video every week. Very articulate and just makes you feel comfortable 👌

Seth is so good. My favorite American made knife is definitely the Buck 110 Sport. Call me old school but being able to have that knife lighter with a pocket clip and thumb stud is a dream come true. I have to jump om the Marilla I just keep forgetting to order it.

My EDC was a spyderco pm2 for almost a month, i didnt like it so i traded it for a benchmade 570-1. I absolutely love my 570, its a great large knife for EDC. Id recommend it for someone who is looking for a 3.5-4 inch folder with good materials.

Great job, Seth. Appreciate your style and slightly different perspective.

I still think the Benchmade 940 is a far better EDC choice than any knife on that table! Thanks for the video.

That Buck is sweet! I carried a Buck 422 to the first Gulf war and it served me well I have carried a knife of some sort every day since then!

Seth you are very easy to listen to. Knifecenter has a Batman & Robin team. No doubt. 👍

For those interested in the Hogue Deka, consider waiting for the Magnacut version to drop.

Love it. Personally I prefer my customized Osborne 940 to the Bugout but still a great choice

Victorinox Huntsman in pocket, Buck 110 on hip, Leatherman Surge next to the Buck.
Worked for me for decades now.
But some of those knives looked pretty good too. Kinda pricey, but nice.

Finally!!! New content...6 whole days without a new KC video had me pacing the interwebs for my fix...

Now, on to the video!

I've been collecting & using knives for 25+ years and I would have to agree that the Benchmade Bugout delivered the biggest change to the idea of an 'EDC knife' in all that time. Leveraging off advances in materials & including modern features the Bugout really brought it all together and I thinks its sales prove the point. From this list it's the Para 3 for me (sorry I'm a Spyderco fanboy and the blade better suits my needs). Always love these types of vids - makes you realise the good stuff out there.

Good choice on knives Seth. I absolutely love my Tactile Turn knives. The Bexar is the quintessential gentleman’s knife and the Rockwall, which you did not mention, is such an awesome EDC knife.
