This video is about a Broken Arc 3.0 Warlock Build So first for your super you can use stormtrance but for if you need to you can swap to chaos reach for boss dps
And you can use what ever you want for your rift and jump since it doesn’t really affect the build
Now for your melee ball lightning is a good option as you get more range
A great grenade option is storm grenades or pulse grenades
Now for the first aspect make sure to use electrstatic mind as when you defeat enemies that are blinded or jolted by arc abilities you will create ionic traces
So collecting these will give us energy back to all abilities and will make you amplified
The second aspect is called arc soul and when you cast your rift it will give anyone who enters it an arc soul
And if you become amplified your arc soul will become super charged and fire faster
Then the first fragment is called spark of beacons and this will make final blows with arc weapons to create blinding explosions while amplified
The second fragment is spark of discharge which makes arc weapons generate ionic traces
The third fragment is spark of shock and this makes your grenade jolt enemies and this jolting effect make be more ionic traces
And the final fragment is spark of recharge as this will give grenades and melee energy when your low on health
So the exotic for this build is crown of tempest so this will make arc abilities or jolt final blows increase the recharge rate of your arc abilities
It will also extend the duration of stormtrance
This will also stack when you get ability kills and this can can stack up to 3 stacks
The first stack will give you a 175% ability regeneration,the second stack will give you 350% and 3 stacks will give you 575%
Now for the mods make sure you’re using the seeking well mod on your helmet,Explosive well maker on your gauntlets
Elemental ordinance mods on your chest piece,the bountiful well mods on your leg armour and well of ordnance on your class item

Don't forget you can also add in the Heal Thyself mod to add some fast healing to get around some of the damage resistance issues.

I got my own that I did about two or three days ago. And it's fun.
What I did is that I used Getaway Artist and modded my gear and the subclass itself so that I'm always generating traces.
Let me put it to you this way, if it wasn't for the fact that the glitch on arc is making warlocks have zero resistance despite being maxed out. I'd never die bc I'm always attacking.

The turret covers me while I reload and recover energy. The only thing I'm changing is that I'm swapping out Coldheart which gave me two traces rather than one due to modding(sustained damage traces and kill traces) and used Osteo again.
The special weapon is now reserved for a crafted arc weapon I plan on getting. Either the scout rifle or the new sidearm for plunder. Add wellspring or Thresh and it's perfect.
