In mythology, there are many tales of giants. People and beings that are so tall that they defy belief. So when you see a tall person (especially if you're on the shorter side of things), you might honestly consider them giants. And while there aren't people in this world as tall as the mythical ones, there are some who are truly tall in the extraordinary sense. Well over 7 feet, and some are even stated to be taller than 8! I have a book called a History of Ohio written in 1881 and in it is mentioned that a couple of years previous there were discovered several skeletons around the Chillicothe area. That area was always known for burial mounds attributed the ancient Hopewell tribes . These skeletons, according to the book were all between 6 feet 4 inches and 8 feet 7 inches in length and the bones much more dense than those of any recorded modern people. The teeth were much larger than a typical human's and the skulls of some measured a full quarter inch thick. There is nothing else in the book that is questionable or sensational and the article is written very matter -of-factly and without any obvious attempt to embellish anything . I always assumed it is a true article. There might have been a race of giants.

Almost all the tall people shown in this video had health issues .
It is clear that the skeletal system of humans is optimal for a height not exceeding 6 feet .
It is clear that the present design of the human skeleton is not made to carry a body with ease if it exceeds the optimum height .
The giants of old must have had skeletons that were more massive than now like some of the present basketball players.
The basketball players seldom exceed the average height of 6' 6" .

OK, at 3:06 in, it was stated that no evidence has been found that someone like Goliath existed is not true. They have found skeletons that are that size and even taller!! The Smithsonian have them all hidden away, but the pictures are still around of the digs and they have been proved to be real.

There were 2 persons from Pakistan as well. One was Alam Channa. He was 7'10" or maybe taller and died in early 1990s. The other one is alive and measures around 7'6" or so.
