I visited Netherlands back in 2018, and I am 6.4 (193 cm) indo-Canadian . In India I am considered a giant, talking about Canada still tall but when I arrived in Netherlands, I would not say that we can locate tall people in Amsterdam but yes when u go visit there small cities or rural areas I felt just above average, like there was a group of farmers in vaassen, and from group of 8 just 3 guys were shorter than me .. most of them were 6.5ish

I once saw something about food shorteges around the time of the war wich the netherlands was far less effected by, thus people had plenty of food while in other places people didn't have enough and didn't grow as much and this effect can take a few generetions
