Honestly, i get it. Both what you were trying to say in short form, and your mistake. A lot of people here are making it seem like a bigger issue than it was, especially for your first market as you said. Nobody pops out the womb with a business strategy after all.

And not to be one of those people, but i think this is one of the few examples of people actually not having a decent attention span. I've got AuDHD (autism plus ADD) which can make it hard for me to instantly understand what im engaging with, yet you seemed to be much clearer than other comments make it out to be. Once again, we all make mistakes. What matters is if you learn from them, or choose to double down to the point you seriously think the products shown in the video are the samples she's talking about...everybody brings up common sense but never mention their own lack of context clues. Once again, coming from someone who struggles with context clues.

On the other hand, samples can be a way to see what products customers would or would not like. Now you know they like this!

Making ganache would save you money over the Ghirardelli sauce. I do a milk/dark chocolate mix, and use whole milk and vanilla. You can adjust with any extract, milk, or chocolate combo you can think of. I've even added liquid smoke and Chambord in place of milk. I sometimes add butter as well for increased richness.

Heavy cream is traditional, but whole milk works just fine. It creates a lighter but less shiny product.
