Just watched this movie with minimal expectations after how bad Alien: Covenant was.

But Alien: Romulus not only exceeded my expectations, but turned out to be a very enjoyable and intriguing film. Very competently made. There was so many aspects of the screenplay especially that had satisfying payoff. And that ending was actually terrifying. It literally took my breadth away.
