Imagine having to attain all this information WITHOUT the internet. There is a lifetime of experience behind this advice. That's why I really appreciate this channel and it's content.

I learned more in 10 minutes than my 10 years of doing the exercise incorrectly.

When the trainer starts casually dropping legitimate muscle names, their ACTUAL function, where they attach to, etc.... While actually being shredded like lettuce themselves, you know they know wtf they're talking about.

bros are looking at you like they are doing GTA Heists and listen what Lester is talking about

Love the detailed instruction, and the "this way, not this way" demonstrations to really make it clear what to focus on.

This is the most functional back workout I’ve ever seen on YouTube! Thank you for posting great information all the time!

I now literally feel my lats working to do the pull. 10 mins of pure lesson. No BS! Thank you so much (cant afford to go to a gym, since I'm out of a job. This was immensely helpful)

I never thought of a pulldown as just a 'reverse overhead press' before. It makes so much more sense just thinking about it like that.

Always struggled with the lat activation on pull downs bc I was always leaning back. Thank you for the lesson. Amazing job explaining and going through the movement. Such a great feeling to make the right mind to muscles connections. Can’t thank you enough ✊

I’ve been going to the gym for years (not consistently though) and done the lat pull down and always wondered why my lats never get fatigued until I applied what I saw in the video and immediately I felt my lats!!! Thank you so much!!! Keep making more correction videos

Being a fairly new person to lifting weights, I'm always surprised at the nuance involved in performing an exercise the correct way. A little twist here, or a slight turn there, can make all the difference. That why having guys with experience to help give you those little tweaks is extremely helpful. Thanks for making these videos, man. I appreciate what you're doing.

As he says, hyperextending your back will hit more the upper back. It’s not a wrong exercise, it’s just different. I sometimes do lat pulldowns for the lats and sometimes i do the “vertical row”. All of it it’s knowing what you want to develop.

I always dreaded back workout because I know I’m not feeling it the way I should.

Now slowly but surely observing Jonni I start to get it. And now seeing this video I feel excited to go tomorrow. Because I know the lats will fire up

You’ve been a true God send to an older guy trying to get it right as a one year rookie in the gym. After finding your videos months ago, the gains and lack of joint soreness have been phenomenal. Thank you for all you do and helping guys like me weed through all the BS

I just came across this channel. I want to both compliment and thank you for taking the time not only to visually show, but audibly explain the different techniques. I'm a 52 year old man. This video has made me self diagnose my form when exercising.🙏🍻👍
