Have you tried polar crunchy chili garlic sauce? It's the only one I've liked so far but I've only tried 2 kinds. I didn't like LaoGanMa at all, it wasn't aromatic at all and the flavor is super one dimensional, basically just spicy and oily, not much to it.

The polar one is so amazing I can't even explain it. It's so deep and complex yet digestible. It's savory, sweet, so incredibly aromatic with a slight spiciness and the perfect crisp to it. I can't get enough I'll use an entire jar in one night. It's cheap too, like $3 per jar (small but cheaper than almost every other brand).

Also how long do you think I can keep it in a fridge? If I like it and then make a lot I don't want it go bad...

But chilli is a hard thing to know if it got bad (especially o the her ingredients in that recipe)

Ever since i got sick a few years ago, I've not been able to eat spicy. Is there a way you would suggest to modify this slightly so it wont be as hot? I miss spicy food so much lol
