For the people who use cups:
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/3 cup flour
3/4 cup hot chocolate powder
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Bake for 160c or 320 F for 5 minutes
