12 Days of Christmas Recipes, Day 7: Hot Chocolate Cookies 🎄

This is literally hot chocolate in cookie form, also a great cookie to dip in your cup of hot cocoa. Filled with ooey gooey marshmallows on the inside.

Ingredients
1 cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 1/4 cups of flour
3/4 cup of hot cocoa mix
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of baking soda
2 tsp of baking powder
1 cup of chocolate chips
Mini marshmallows

1. Mix butter and sugars together.
2. Add in eggs and vanilla and mix together.
3. Mix in all dry ingredients, (except marshmallows).
4. After all ingredients are combined, take a small amount of dough and flatten it, filled with four mini marshmallows, close up and roll into a ball.
5. Place cookie dough balls 2 inches apart on a baking sheet.
6. Bake cookies at 350° for 9-11 minutes. When the are done let them cool for a few inured and serve and enjoy.
