i'm pretty sure these civ flashbangs would sound and feel a lot more different if you were actually there, because the device recording the video have certain limits to how loud a sound can get, which is also why gunfire in some videos just sound like pops. same for the flashes, because the camera doesn't immediately try to adjust to the bright flashes, it seems as if the flashbang was like nothing.
