If there's one thing I saw from this video, it's that it looks like Max is an amazing dude to be working with. I am subbed to quite a few channels on YouTube, and there are only a very very few where the owner treats new team members like equals - not just equal in the job, but as human beings. That says something about a YouTuber when the intern he works with is all smiles for a whole video.
