Power BI Challenge 12 - Transport and Shipping Report

Power BI users, you are up for a challenge! Today, we’re launching the next Power BI Challenge with Haroon Ali. For this challenge, we’ll be working on data for a scenario that deals with a company in the import and export business. They are the typical MS Excel users who have gone to the source system and have just taken an extract for their reporting.

Everyone is encouraged to join, members and non-members alike. The main goal of these challenges is to have an outlet where we can learn and improve our Power BI skills as a community through real-world applications.

I have Dashboard dealing with all and more of this. I like to send some pictures, but I don't know how I have to do it here.
The source to feed my dashboard are, multiple diff excel files, from multiple carrier reports, all with there own layout, and column naming.
This should than be append into one data set.
The extra difficulty was, that when I receive carrier reports let say from carrier A, it was not always in the same format, so I had to create a tool for this to check in the folders and files, if there was a report not in line for that carrier, before I did to upload in to dashboard.
