Since we’re using a food processor, the texture was grainy as expected. However, the flavor was delicious and well worth it. We still have 4lbs of fermented cacao beans left, so let me know what you wanna see next and if we should invest in a stone grinder to make silkier chocolate! 👨🏽‍🍳

Ingredients:
250g roasted cacao nibs 🍫
140g cacao butter 🧈
125g powder sugar 🍚
125g powder milk 🥛
1/2 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
