Simple, easy to follow recipe, thank you so much! I followed the recipe with a slight cbange. I had no vanilla.extract, so I added a table spoon of cocoa powder. The milk tastes great to drink as is, and is also ezcellent as a coffee creamer.

It's smoother if you blend the nuts into a butter first, then add the water
