The leftovers can be used for little desserts! I mix them with chocolate and peanut butter and put them in the oven for a bit and they taste amazing. You can also use them for making no cookies!

The hard part is finding a stabiliser to stop it separating. It's easy to make all non dairy milk, it's not so easy to keep them from separating.

If you can find a way to remove the skins off the almonds, it would make the drink better! I always notice after I take a sip, it makes my throat itchy and it’s not because I’m allergic!

Since there are no preservatives here, Can it be stored in a refrigerator for atleast a week? Or do we have consume it within a day or two?

I just throw them in the mixer with water. No need to soak.
