Good idea if needed but it should be also used as evidence to dispute a test. If this were to happen, people would have knowledge that if they believed they really passed, there would be footage that potentially could back up their claim. This could also lead less abuse also.

The learner driver taking their testing is failed do have a right to appeal that test decision.
I was talking generally people doing their job should not be abused doesn't matter what the out come of their decision is.
