SCAPHOID FRACTURES - WHAT NOT TO DO TO PROPERLY HEAL

I broke my scaphoid and ruptured every tendon in my wrist playing college ball. Had 3 major surgery’s 2 diffrent doctors and they finnaly gave up and said they couldn’t fix it. They wanted to wait until I get a fusion since I’m so young. Well that was 4 years ago and my wrist is now in more pain and I’m fearing I might need a fusion any way I could get in contact with tact with you to discuss more ?

I’m just trying to figure out weather I can make a fist and do pushups like that with a complete scaphoid fracture and not bend the break or relocate the broken parts of the bone? Anyone know really don’t want to stop training my chest and shoulders for 6 weeks.. only Been 5 days since the break and it has healed a lot I can carry a gallon of milk around with out any pain almost no swelling left all I have been doing for it is keeping it mostly immobile and pumping as much blood through my arms as I can to keep fresh blood oxygen and nutrients flowing ontop of doing as much as I can to pump lymph through the Body to try to accelerate my healing.. if not doing well ima get blood tests done and get bpc-157 injections and see if I can find some guidance on how I can do prp injections… no surgeons touching my skin. Hgh was a thought but I’m only 25 might be a bit early in life also not willing to do test and be stuck on it for rest of my life prayer and my best stab I think is my approach… will doing push ups with a balled fist fuck up my scaphoid with it being snapped in 2 ?
