I suffered scaphoid fracture back 2002 went to nhs with a badly swollen wrist and explained the nature of the injury and after X ray scan they told me its fine, it was very painfull for few weeks and then got abit better, but never felt my wrist went to pain free and as strong as normal and struggles with manual jobs for years , never ever though it could have been broken, until late 2023 i had a fight with lad who we both throw punchs, my rest was painful after, i went for a check abd had an ex ray i was told i had my scaphoid fractured from ages and it developed arthritis and need few surgeries, i was so disappointed of the years i was limited of doing any jobs or stuff i like, i have no idea how much my case should worth? Please get back to me

Hello Doctor,
Am Christian a Congolese guy living and working in South Africa,
On 16 may 2020 I have been attacked by the armed robbers and had my scarphoïd fractured.
But my boss refused to pay for my operation,
Until now am living in pain.
What shall I really do?
