This is THE BEST BANANA BREAD recipe! I’ve been making this for years and it comes out delicious every time! I sometimes use an extra banana and only add a half cup of sugar. Also great with half white flour and half whole wheat flour. Delicious with added milk chocolate chips! I sprinkle raw sugar on top before baking for a little crust topping.

Best banana bread recipe ever!!! It tastes so amazing and gives a lovely caramel flavor. It has been my go-to and one of my fool-proof favorite dessert to bake because it genuinely is the perfect recipe ever. I’m not a big fan of all things banana flavor, but this was remarkable! I recommend replacing the other half of the white sugar amount with brown sugar so as to deepen the complexity of the flavors. Also avoid over mixing—little pockets of unmixed flour is fine—as it will develop gluten and toughen the texture your masterpiece. 10/10 and highly recommend, even if you don’t think you like banana baked goods!

My banana bread don't be coming out like this everytime i make it. Even when i do use ripe bananas. I tried so many recipes on YouTube. And i follow all the instructions in the video

I get better results by letting completely cool in the pan.

3 bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
3/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
Bake at 350F for 50 min ~ an hour
