Also, when I cook my food a bit too spicy, I just let them know "hey, it's home made, that's how it's supposed to be - you're supposed to have a lot of beer with it and it works great"

I audibly gasped when the whole can of chipotle in adobo went in, but I feel it is a rite of passage to make something ridiculously spicy at least once by doing that. Mine was chili. Def gonna try this recipe out soon!
