Connecting to AOL Using Dial-Up in 2016!

For anyone still wondering, America Online has discontinued the client back in 2017. Unfortunately as well as the Dial-Up service (I think). However, you can still access AOL using a different ISP but that removes the nostalgia factor.

I’m too young to remember this (born in 2007) but I can imagine how nostalgic this site is. I gotta say though, as iconic as the dial up tone is, I feel like it would be absolutely terrifying to hear at night, or when it’s quiet!

I can't remember what names I used on AOL back then. I've used tens of thousands of AOL accounts including <><, fakes, INTs, OHs, Lotsens, Guides etc. . .I rarely used the same account for more than an hour at a time.

i have two internets in my house, one that my family uses (Excede) and one that I pay for and use (56k dial up) for some fucking reason, i can play games with only a little lag here and there, but when i use there internet i lag the shit out of my dick.
