I've been trying ribeyes from basically everywhere - local farm shop, Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco, Costco etc

The best I've found is from Lidl, Strathvale Scotch Ribeye which is surprising as its not even the most expensive in Lidl let alone other supermarkets or butchers.

I’m an American trucker. My truck fridge has chuck roast, butter, eggs, bacon, and bone broth. I also keep canned sardines, packed in water, that I eat a few hours before working out.

I tried cooking Tesco ribeye xtra thick and sirloin finest, and the result was c r a p. They are far too thin to cook properly. This week I have got a sirloin joint and going to cut individual pieces, plenty thick enough to cook properly. Is that cheap bacon any good? I can't eat Tesco finest bacon, it upsets my stomach or hours after.

I tend to have a tall freezer full of various meats, especially Lidl’s grass fed 20% minced beef, rabbits cut in half, quails in packs of four halves, they’re only little and I love them fried in lard with a little salt and Italian seasoning. Steaks of wherever I get a decent price, meat reductions and chicken parts. Bags of lard halves, pork shoulder joints sliced up for frying and belly pork, plus anything else I can get in there. I don’t keep much in the fridge, a couple of grass fed Aberdeen Angus steaks, a pack of lamb leg steaks, a pack of bacon, salted and unsalted butter, a couple of packs of lard and always plenty of eggs. I tend to nip to shop every couple off days or so and pick a few bits of meat up and look for a few bargains.

Hi, I’m a carnivore living in South Wales. My fridge has Tesco ribeyes, sirloins, lamb rump steaks, beef and lamb mince, pastured eggs, Welsh organic butter, very occasionally Gower pastured pork belly. Brecon Carreg mineral water ( can’t afford the San Pellegrino so often now!).

I live on my own, so have my big fridge freezer to myself. I mostly eat rib eye steaks, 2 a day, which is around 500g. A few times a week I have 5 scrambled eggs, often with crispy streaky bacon, which I get from a butcher for £10 a kilo, the one I mentioned in your other video about steak, I also have stewing beef, pork belly and I have chicken thighs for a snack, as they have nice crispy skin done in the air fryer. I like Asda's West Country butter with Cornish sea salt (made with British cream), which is a little bit cheaper than Kerrygold, but tastes just as nice. I also have a tub of beef dripping, from the butcher. I have one mug of coffee in the morning with some double cream in it. The rest of the time I drink water with an electrolyte tablet in it.
I've a lot of weight to lose, and I've been on Carnivore properly for about three weeks now. So far I have lost 9 lbs, not a huge amount of weight, but I've lost quite a few inches already, I have also got my blood sugars down to normal range after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, I'm not so breathless now when I walk and have so much energy now. I think I'll be a Carnivore for the rest of my life now.

Your fridge looks the same as mine, Kerrygold butter, steaks, lamb chops, bacon, San Pellegrino and lots of eggs. What more can you want.😄

My fridge looks pretty much the same, with the added features of pork belly strips and homemade bone broth. I live with and cook for omnivore family members and have reverted to frozen vegetables for them because of the shriveling up of the fresh ones😂. Great video btw

Almost exact same as me I also make my own bone broth I boil up a big pot every month and stash it in jars in the freezer.

Due to digestive issues I am 90/95% carnivore. I have to have one portion of veggies or lettuce and avocado a day. I struggle with eggs they do not agree with me. I have got lamb's liver, oxtail, steak and chicken as well as minced beef and pork. I find adding in a little veg works fine for me. Because I have had my gall bladder removed its the fat content I can't tolerate in the eggs and full carnivore. Much as I'd like to go full carnivore it just doesn't work for me and that combo came about after 2months of experimentation. Still on 90% carnivore I feel and am healthier than I was before starting it.

Heads up, Morrisons just introduced 25% fat beef mince! It’s their Savers line. It’s cheaper than 20% everywhere else at the moment! Also their 2/£8 flat iron steaks are great 👍 We just got another chest freezer so we can pop in and stock up. We have 3 freezers in the garage because our four dogs are carnivore 😛

Just ribeyes, 20% mince, meat fat in a jar (scooped off the weekend brisket juices), a few lemons (citric acid for my kidney stones 🤨) Eggs in the cupboard plus dark chocolate (again for the kidney dumping oxalate issue) Love eating this way, easy peasy 😁

Been on the Carnivore diet since about March/April last year.
I mainly get my meat from Costco, the do strips of Ribeye that I cut to size.
Been adding other foods back in and boy, do I know it.
Back to strict Carnivore.
