I went and bought that Hart Folding Table you posted a couple days ago. I love it, I didn't think it would as big or rugged but WOW it is nice and getting the clamps and their storage place really is awesome.

3/8 is by far the most useful for hand tools, you're right anything bigger usually gets power tool treatment

The Walmart closest to me had the Hart vac for $25, inverter for $17, LED work light for $11, automotive hand vac for $11, and random orbit buffer for $11. No sign of the miter saw or table in the tool aisle or clearance area (or even the clearance nook they have in the back corner of the garden center). The problem is, that platform's batteries seem waaaay overpriced. They were charging $69 for a tiny 2.0ah battery and charger. I can get a 2.0ah 24v battery for my Kobalt tools for $30 at Lowes.

I can't thank the Bear enough! Walmart's website stated that the Hart 7 1/4" Miter Saw was out of stock at my local Walmart. I took your advice and went there to look around. I found 2 of them and they were not marked down. I scooped one up and it rang up at $54 at the self check out. I went the next day to see if the one was still there but it was gone. I'm happy as a cub that I got one! Thanks, again!

I received a "bionic wrench" as a gift about 15 years ago and I work on cars pretty regularly. I have never once used it. It is usually too big to fit anywhere I need to use it.

I worked in one of advance auto warehouses and when they found out i was trying to get my va disability they said for every appointment u went to they would right me up till they could fire me. I don't buy from them any more no matter the savings.

The American Tekton pliers are made by Wilde.

Btw that little Titan roto head ratchet is Available for around $10 at O'riley auto parts.
The anodized aluminum one in various colors, and the steel version .
They're actually a pretty good little tool for the money, if you get the lowest price.

The mechanism on that one universal socket has been around for a long time, back in the 70's or so that mechanism was found on a Stanley universal nut driver.

I believe that ryobi soilder station will do both cordless and corded.

The Hart deals at Walmart also include a 6 inch bench grinder for $44, but they are sold out in my area.

I'm heavily invested in Porter Cable, both corded and cordless. I speak from personal experience when I say that the corded 1/2" impact is a steal @ $60! I paid $80 for mine on sale a couple of years ago and it's awesome!

Also, I'd like to mention that while the drill in that combo kit might be brushless (you'd have to check the model # to be sure), the reciprocating saw is DEFINITELY a brushed tool. Porter Cable (to my knowledge) doesn't offer a brushless one.

Hi bear picked up the black kobalt top box 2 weeks ago had to search 6 stores finally found the bottom for 279.60 . All stores said out of stock on both black and stainless top boxes and saw both of them in numerous stores in kinston greenville rocky mount areas of north carolina. Rocky mount also had a bottom box at full retail wouldnt match wilson nc had the bottom box was going to match but it scanned at the 279 price

The porter cable corded 1/2 in impact isn't a bad one I use it to rotary tires when I change my oil or changing my lawn mower bladed great for light duty n home use got mine at tsc
