A video titled Exercises for Older Surfers shouldn’t have two healthy young people demonstrating the exercises. Show us what people with bad knees and bad shoulders do. I’m 66 and if I tried to do a burpee like that, I’d need surgery. I live in Hawaii and I’m in the water almost everyday.
