Love your chat on there not being a one size fits all approach to diet. I'm still finding what's BEST for me, but what has really helped me feel better is focusing on variety. My "eating whatever I want" diet contains almost no fish or probiotic, and only certain fruits and veggies. Being more intentional with trying to touch every food group in a different way than I did last week has made me feel amazing! Cooking foreign cuisine is a great way to do this. Gotten a handle on basic "asian" style and mediterranean style food. Want to dig deeper!

I had really bad GI issues after being on antibiotics I thought it would eventually clear up but it was going on 4 months. I started taking probiotics and it cleaned finally. My doctor wouldn't listen and actually prescribed more antibiotics 😂

Had a group discussion with my besties. The subject on digestive dysfunction in menopause came up and all the misinformation fuelled by fear from other health institutions was raised. I was shocked when doing research on what came up, basically instructions to do much of the activities you warn us not to take part in.

Maybe you can cover digestive dysfunction in female menopause?
Also experiencing occassional chills as an onset to flaring.
