Engineering is a creative field, one that requires intense imagination and sometimes lots of sweat, blood and tears! Its can get really tough but yet, is super rewarding! Spending my Junior Year in civil engineering. Currently in Statics which is a bitch to learn ngl. It’s difficult plain and simple but the year just started so I’m not totally freaking out. Since I’m probably gonna be using it a lot after graduation.

I am a Civil Structural Engineer and Project Manager for 15 years. Pandemic hit, the project on my office got low since last. So I do agree on what you say its transferable. Now I landed on a job to Manager a Hardware and Fabrication Company, I used my skill that I learn from more than a decade and apply it into the different industries that I am in now.

Im structural engineer since 15 years, to me structural engineering is the art of simplifying things, to be successfull in structural engineering one should be very skillful in simplifying complex problems, people who find structural engineering difficult are those who dont have the talent of making things simple
