How to record your lifts in Influx

Hey MetConners,

Did you know within the Influx App you can record all your Strength/Lifts?

We are going to trial this for a month and get some feedback.

Here is how it works ....

Open the App

Click on the top right hand corner of the app. This is your Profile.

Switch on “Track Training”

Exit out of that then under “Classes” select a Strength class

Then select “Workouts” at the bottom (the Heart emoji)

From here you’ll see what the Strength is for the day

Lastly click on “Log Result” and enter your numbers for the day

This is a great and easy option to track your lifting.
