Pro tip:
Holding the weight with the opposite hand when doing single-legged RDLs activates more areas of your glutes and to a higher degree.

Single deadlift with lighter weights. No wall, use your balance. You can also squat your standing leg. Lots of options. Thanks!

I never understood why the single leg/accessory exercise comes AFTER the compound lift. Then again I have some major muscle imbalances in my legs from a past knee injury, so it always made more sense to do the single leg exercise first to get both legs fired up and in the right form before moving into compound lifts.

Supersetting bilateral (both legs) with unilateral (single leg) wil cause imbalance due to legs not having the same amount of rest time. Love Krissy but I keep being surprised about her lack of knowledge on some things despite having been in this field for so long

Also, i usually keep unilateral movements together and don’t really mix it with bilateral movements

I tried this with a B stance last week. It’s great. But increase the weight for B stance if you can.
