Nobody eats more seaweed than Koreans and Japanese. We eat seaweed soup a lot and use it in kimbap. Dried seaweed or 'laver' is one of my favourite snacks.

For us Japanese, kombu is this seaweed and Kombucha is this one at 6:43. However it may be confusing to some international viewers because it seems that the word Kombucha refers to a completely different kind of tea to them than this one. We call it Kocha kinoko (mushroomy black tea)
