That lobster situation actually turned my stomach.
I used to wait tables in a restaurant with a lobster tank, a hired company maintained and stocked the tank.
One of the first things you learn (and should already know) i is if one dies, you get it out of the tank and you do not deserve it!
There should be exceptionally serious consequences for such as that.
