When I log into my account it disconnects because i have to be in the tp links rooter to connect from the mobile app but when I do my account disconnects automatically because I have no connections even if I activate my mobile data at the same time

I bought the TL-WR84ON wireless N router, and when i plug it in the main router (Modem) the Internet LED keeps blinking in orange continuously. I did all the steps in the App and when i try connecting it to my phone it connects but without wifi, also How's it considered a wireless router if i have to plug a ethernet cable to the modem. it genuinely makes me so mad.

I cant get this router to connect to my Starlink. I've tried two different TP Link routers now. It just keeps telling me that its not receiving internet, or that cables arent connected and to check connections.
