This relaxing sleep music track is designed to help you get to sleep fast and enjoy deep and uninterrupted sleep. Soothing delta wave vibrations and isochronic tones have been layered into the music, helping to guide your brainwave activity down to a deep sleep mental state. Use this track if you struggle to get to sleep or suffer from insomnia.

How does it work?

This track contains isochronic tones on a repeat cycle between 1Hz and 1.25Hz in the low delta frequency range. See session snapshot image below.

In addition to the relaxing sleep music soundtrack, this track also contains isochronic tones and amplitude modulation effects applied directly to the music. Amplitude modulation involves a process of distorting the sound to produce vibrations, which vibrate in unison with the frequency of the brainwave entrainment session. These vibrations can sound very hypnotic and relaxing, making them very effective and ideal for a sleep track like this one.

Frequencies used

The track begins at 1Hz in the low delta wave range and ramps very slowly up to 1.25Hz over 10 minutes. It then ramps back down to 1Hz again over the next 10-minute period. The same cycle is then repeated throughout the track.

Headphones are NOT required for this video

How loud should the volume be?

Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. It shouldn't be so loud that it hurts your ears or becomes too distracting.

My super energetic 1 year old son fell asleep after listening to this for about 15 minutes and I was able to move him without him waking up and freaking out. If he sleeps through the night with this, it'll make it so much easier for him to transition to his bed.

Could you do a sleep one with nice music like this and a nice soothing voice reading the psalms softly with isochronic tones for sleep.

I find most have the music too low and the reading way to loud. Thank you.
