(Timestamps because I won't want to wander around the video)
NOTE: You might have to mirror some moves, depending on whether your case is on the same or the opposite side as his.

=When they're touching each other=
[assuming corner is on top of its spot]
-3:06--- White on side & edge doesn't match with center
-3:11--- White on top & edge matches with center
-3:22--- White on top & edge doesn't match with center
-3:32--- White on side & edge matches with center

=When edge is slotted=
-4:08--- White on top & they match
-4:32--- White on top & they don't match
-5:26--- White on side & stickers match
-6:02--- White on side & stickers don't match

=When corner is slotted=
-6:27--- White on side & corner's side color and edge's top color match
-6:47--- White on side & corner's side color and edge's top color don't match
-7:02--- White on bottom

This will definitely shorten my solves with enough practice! This is straight to the point, and with not a lot of practice, easy to memorize. J Perm barely shows any notation, which basically does almost nothing to help you learn algs, just watch what his fingers are doing. J perm has been teaching me ever since I started cubing. To summarize, J Perm is straight to the point and super useful as a teacher. Thank you, J Perm.

J perm is probably the most helpful cubing Youtuber out there. Most advanced people don't care to show how to improve but Dylan, you really make solving the cube more fun and motivating. Keep up the great work !

Wow. It’s so much easier to remember when thought about logically instead of rote memorizing turns. Wish I would have found all your CFOP videos sooner.

After I learned intuitive F2L, I didn't realise that I figured out half the advanced F2L cases by myself until I watched this video.

Edit: Thanks 4 the likes! :)

Can I just say, I REALLY appreciate the fact that you actually organize your videos into playlists, and you keep them up to date when you add new videos on that topic. It's amazing. I don't have to go digging through years of uploads or searching with guessed keywords to find all the relevant videos I want!

thank you for this video, I have your pdf and have been meaning to sit down and learn them, but with no way to reset the cube each time, I've been avoiding learning f2l. So today, I sat down and watched just the part from 5 min about the slotted corner. I got a new pb and shaved 3 seconds off. Will watch and study the rest. 100% thanks. love the videos

I started solving cubes because it grounds me to help manage anxiety. Thanks for your vids. They are of medical value.

I've been trying to get sub-20 for years now, and even at my fastest while still knowing all OLL and PLL algorithms, I never managed to get under 20 except a few VERY lucky cases. F2L always took me almost 20 full seconds to finish, and I could never figure out why.

After practicing just a few tips here, I've gotten more sub-20's in the last week than in my entire lifetime of cubing! I can't thank you enough dude, This was exactly what I needed to get over my skill plateau, thanks for being awesome enough to share this info!

Haven’t learned advanced f2l yet but after seeing the beginning, i’m already commited. You did all of f2l in the time it takes me to do 1 of the pairs!
