Hi, when we combine pdfs which has their own table of contents from word. Will it work? Or we need to do the bookmark again?

If I already have a saved PDF file and receive a new document that I need to add to that already existing saved PDF file, is there a way to do it directly from the initial scan or does the new page have to be saved somewhere first and then added to the existing saved PDF and then deleted? I have electronic files that need documents added to them frequently, so I was wondering if there's any way to eliminate a few steps to accomplish this task. I am currently saving the new page(s) with a different name > Opening the existing file > Selecting the Organize Pages option > finding the new doc I saved and dragging it into the existing file > saving that file > After that's completed, I delete the new doc I had just saved because I don't need it after it's inserted into the original doc. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

How do you create a pdf with court record documents. 100 page document and within say page 5? It has a reference to say page 100 for further explanation. Then a return to page 5 to continue

Is there a way, actually EMBED another PDF file within a PDF with a link button somewhere in the document, to open the embedded file? Not a weblink to a cloud file, but within the actual PDF, but without increasing the page count of the document?

If you have for example a 50 page PDF file containing just 'FRONTS' and you wish to add a reverse between every single page, Is this possible in Acrobat without having to insert them 1 at a time?
