I always respected how politely, yet firmly, he dealt with the public. I can imagine how hard it must have been to run a Pawn Shop in Vegas with all the desperate, dangerous people trying to sell stolen merch, and then becoming ugly when they can't get money. Thank you for your service and RIP.
