So enjoying 20 minutes workouts with you. Love to do more I prefer to do them following along with you rather than the short versions and have to keep stopping video. Keep up the great work thank you for all you do to help us keep fit.

Holy smokes! I’m in worse shape than I thought. I will be turning 70 in about 8 weeks and my dr want me to do some resistance training exercises. I’m not overweight (5’4” 124 lb), and walk a mile a day, but I am definitely out of shape! This was quite a workout for me my first time. My questions is, how many times a week should we do these dumbell exercises? Thank you for all you do for us seniors, Darren!
