Honestly they should've never went with Kang as the next big bad for the mcu. They could've easily used Galactus, Dr. Doom or The Masters of Evil as the next big bad after phase 3.

The problem isn't Kang, it's Johnathan Masters and the fact that they tied all versions of Kang to this one actor inextricably. That was a mistake. They should leave room for recasting.

Also another thing that might help marvel is to slow down a bit, the thing with Thanos was how they built it up over almost a decade if not longer I can't remember entirely. They introduced the characters, they made the individual characters aware of each other and even formed a team, the team fought some progressively tougher opponents leading up to the big bad, then the big bad was finally fully in the spot light and you know the rest. Of course they can't follow this algorithm over and over again but my point still stands they need to take their time to properly set up their new big bad.

EMH Kang was Marvel’s best Kang. Hell, even Lego can make a better Kang than the MCU at this point! I feel like MCU needs to build up to Dr Doom or Beyonder or Galactus.

I feel like they still should make projects dedicated to taking down the kang council and the 3 big bad and then the beyonder. Maybe it could be like a tva versus kangs series and every episode being a different kang and the finale being the creation of battleworld and after having the beyonder defeated, it would somehow go into the hands of a doom variant. This would be the ultimate conclusion to kangs because there’s still so much they can do and the situation with him is unfortunate so I guess they should just recast him for a project of this sort and then say goodbye to him.
