Electric Lemonade Recipe by Food Fusion

Ingredients:
Homemade Blue Curacao Syrup:
-Water 2 Cups
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Lemon juice ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 large
-Lemon zest 1 tsp
-Blue gel food color ¼ tsp or as required
-Ice cubes
-Lemon slices
-Lemon lime (soda of your choice)
-Lemon slice

Directions:
Homemade Blue Curacao Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,lemon juice,salt,cinnamon stick,lemon zest & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Discard cinnamon stick.
-Add blue gel food color & mix well.
-Let it cool completely.
-Can be stored in an airtight bottle for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator (yields: approx. 600ml).
-In a serving glass,add ice cubes,lemon slices,lemon lime,prepared blue curacao syrup (2 tbs) & stir well.
-Decorate with lemon slice & serve!
-Makes 24-25 glasses.
