Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Homemade Blue Curacao Syrup:
-Water 2 Cups
-Sugar 1 Cup
-Lemon juice ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1 large
-Lemon zest 1 tsp
-Blue gel food color ¼ tsp or as required
-Ice cubes
-Lemon slices
-7up
-Lemon slice

Directions:
Homemade Blue Curacao Syrup:
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,lemon juice,salt,cinnamon stick,lemon zest & mix well,bring it to boil & cook until sugar is dissolved.
-Discard cinnamon stick.
-Add blue gel food color & mix well.
-Let it cool completely.
-Can be stored in an airtight bottle for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator (yields: approx. 600ml).
-In a serving glass,add ice cubes,lemon slices,7up,prepared blue curacao syrup (2 tbs) & stir well.
-Decorate with lemon slice & serve!
-Makes 24-25 glasses.

-Saucepan mein pani,cheeni,lemon juice,namak,darchini aur lemon zest dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein.
-Darchini ko discard ker dein.
-Blue gel food color dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Airtight bottle mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya refrigerator mein store ker saktay han (yields: approx. 600ml).
-Serving glass mein ice cubes,lemon slices,7up & tayyar blue curacao syrup (2 tbs) dal ker ache tarhan stir ker lein.
-Lemon slice sa decorate ker ka serve karein!
-Makes 24-25 glasses.

I tried this today for iftar, it turned out really nice. It has such a nice flavor mixed with 7up and it also was very good for digestion as I usually get bloated after iftar but today I felt so lightweight!

I made this today it was delicious, I used liquid colur but one thing I Wana ask tongue and mouth was discolored with blue colur, does it happen after blue lagoon, I never drink it before???
