2022 Reading Goals 🖍 I'm going big this year!

I'm sharing my reading goals for 2022! I decided to get ambitious and make goals that will challenge me this year.

I like your goals for the year. I created some goals too. I will be participating in the read in the new year, Redeeming Love read-a- thon, read your bookshelf by Chantel, and the bingo reading by Sarah. I'm excited about these goals. I need to read the books I own.

I try to read a biblical nonfiction book a month, too, so I can't wait to hear your thoughts on the ones you read this year. Last year my favorites were Spiritual Disciplines for the Christian Life, which goes through disciplines like prayer, evangelism, etc. and The Inerrant Word which is a collection of essays by pastors on the authority of the Bible. Oh, I love Leota's Garden! I've preordered the latest Francine Rivers and can't wait to read that one. I also love Charles Martin, but I haven't read enough of his. Yes, to Angela Hunt. She's a great writer! I took one of her classes at a writing conference and she was so supportive and encouraging. I love these goals and your excitement about reading! ❤

For your theology branching out goal, I have a few ideas from the Reformed branches (Presbyterian, Reformed Baptist, etc) one suggestion is R.C. Sproul's The Holiness of God. Another is one I am going to start soon John Piper's Providence.

I look forward to seeing how many books you do get to this year, and seeing if I can get to 80 again.

I love how you are liking Frank E Peretti's books! I like his books. Some of his later books aren't my favourite, but not bad at all!

Colleen's books are good. I haven't tried her suspense and I really want to!

I LOVE Colleen Coble, she is one of my absolute favorite authors of all time....Rock Harbor series is my favorite so far ❤. And I can't believe that I forgot to put my top goal in my video🤦‍♀️, you kind of reminded me when you mentioned your blog...I really want to start and hopefully finish writing the book that God put on my heart to write.

Davis Bunn is great These are a few of my husbands favorites Publication Order of Acts Of Faith Books with Janette Oke, The Centurion's Wife(2009), The Damascus Way (2010), The Hidden Flame (2010) But I have a few questions There is a bookshelf behind you and all the books are turned so you can't see the names? And have you or would you do a video of all your bookshelf's so we can see all the books and authors that you have? I am always looking for ones I have not read or have not heard of? And as I had already said I have just found your page But are all the read-a-thon's and youtube pages you participate in Christian based? Thanks for sharing

Hello Oceana, Do you have recommendations for devotional books?, this year I am trying 365 days with God but I feel like they are motivacional but somehow a little shallow regarding to what I was expecting because I want to got deeper in de Scripture and I want a devotional as guidance. Thanks. By the way my native language is Spanish and your name read with Spanish pronunciation sounds so powerful is quite pretty.
