We made this last night, and wow!!! Absolutely delicious! We mixed it up some by adding one bag of sweet corn, and one bag of white corn then we made it our main dish by adding to cut up chicken breasts! Love your channel! Saying HI from Idaho!!!

Darn it Matt that is what you and more Blackstone cooks should do. MORE excellent side dishes. This was excellent, the only thing I would do different is fresh chopped onion of any type. I can't eat anything without onion. It's a sickness I've suffered from for ages. 😂😂😂

Great job on the video.I just finished making this recipe. Everything about it was fantastic except for the Cotija cheese. Just found out I'm not a fan. I've never had it before. I'll have to find a substitute for this recipe because I will be making it again. Thanks again for doing a great job. Keep the videos coming.

Made it tonight to go with fajitas on the griddle. The only problem was that it didn't make enough!

I like it significantly better with a mix of about 2/3 sour cream to 1/3 mayo instead of all mayo. I also dice some sweet onion and cook that up too with it.
