Motorola Droid X2 Review

we have come a long way in 2021 and going into 2022 I actually bought this phone today just to have as memory's of where we were and it's honestly crazy how this is now considered ancient technology!

I have the first one.. im dying for that phone since they didnt change anything im keeping the 1st generation for now... thats enough power for me and dont really care about 4G maybe in 5 years from now...

Love the speaker on the DX one, it is pretty loud. Not surprised they didn't change the design for the DX2. It is a work of art.

nice review as always, i hope you have a second one planned to show some different sofware features. I thought I heard if you hit the home button twice all your home pages show up on the screen in thumbnail for, ala HTC and the top seems to be a bit different as well. Looks like a blue navigation bar and an all apps etc.

I bought this phone as my first ever smart phone. It was well worth the $200 I paid for it. Amazing phone.

I've never had any of those troubles with mine. I know most people have issues about battery life. The reason for poor battery life is 75% of people don't know batteries have to go through a PROPER charge cycle (all batteries). The very first time some one uses the phone, they need to let the battery COMPLETELY run down, then charge back. After that never charge the battery until only around 1/10 of the battery life is left. By charging that way, battery is put through proper charge cycle.

I've owned this phone for months and what people should know about it is that it has TONS of issues. It's a nice phone with lots of awesome features, but it's not anything that phones of TODAY don't have.

In short, I don't recommend it. I enjoy using it, but there are simply MANY phones out there that are much better.

I have had this phone for about a year and a half now and it has been a pretty good phone. Sometimes it lags but the problem is usually fixed within a few seconds. Also it has some trouble with wifi sometimes but usually after a few seconds it will hook on. I got it just before they switched to 2GB max so I have unlimited but I hardly ever use more than 1KB because I use wifi. Overall it has been a good phone but I will definitely say there were better ones at the time. I just like Motorola.
