Thanx for all the great information! One big question: Do I need to start a business for working as a realtor with a company (commission based) ? I`ve talked to some "Dubai experts" via Zoom, and they all tried to sell me a "mainland company package" and say it is the only way. I am a single person and want to deregister from Germany to live and work in Dubai for 1-2 years. Thank you so much!
