I could literally cry. The vibrations in my belly and acid reflux started a month ago. My dr ignores me when I tell him about vibrations and says it’s anxiety. I’ve never felt so understood as right now after watching this video. I found you by complete mistake, thank goodness.

started at menopause for me and 8 years in just looked at me like I had two heads when I asked about has happened so much and for so long it's my new to see people begin to talk about it because hard to get any info on it and you feel so noticed that any kind of strong stimulation (good or bad) makes it glycinate helps you for the video!

Yes, and nobody believes me when I tell them I was vibrating or the bed was weird. It's heated as well. Almost like a small earthquake feeling inside.

Thank God I found this video. I've been experiencing this for years. No one I've spoken to really reasonated with this. So glad you say that it is uite a common sympton. I'm literally shaking now. Mornings are the worse after a terrible broken nights sleep. Vitamin D deficiency plays a huge factor and caffine too. I'm taking iron and b12, magnesium now too so hopefully this will help me. X❤

Thank you so much Eileen, no one ever mentions this awful symptom. I've had buzzing in my hands and feet as well as pins and needles, and sometimes I wake up and my foot will be completely numb. GP has no idea and looks at me as if I'm mad and says no one else has ever mentioned this kind of thing. So reassuring to hear you talk about it, thank you

I am turning 48 this month and I experience this, and as you said I have noticed it a week before period. I feel it when I go to bed, it's annoying, I feel like I'm buzzing. I feel reassured as it is most likely just perimenopause. I found that taking magnesium has changed my life, with making me feel calm and it helps with sleep, I call it the natural anxiety medication.

I had these about 4 years ago following what was essentially a nervous break . Went on anti depressants and beta blockers and tried to block out stresses and eventually they went 👍. About a month ago I had another dip in my nerves followed by 4 days off feeling unwell and a week of not being able to eat . Another week later and the internal trembles are back .they are horrible . And the problem is the more you worry the worse it makes it and it's hard not to worry when for me it's like your on a vibration pad ..but your not . Doctors just look at me like I'm odd. I know it makes it difficult when you have anxiety too . Not sure if it is anxiety related, peri menopause, digestive or a combination . It's some relief to find others have similar issues . I just hope it goes again soon ❤️

I've had the vibration feeling in my womb area since I was in my twentys. I dubbed it my 'vibrating uterus' 😏. Even now, that I'm completely in the menopause it still happens. I've had all my blood work and gyn things done. NOTHING is wrong. With me it's a sporatic event that lasts about 30 seconds tops. I thought I was the only one with this until I read it on another site and this is the first time I've EVER heard of someone acknowledging it at all. Thanks Eileen. Your weekly video blogs have been a great comfort to me during my peri and now menopause period. I really think I would have checked myself in the psych unit if I had not found you. You cover EVERYTHING. 👏👏👏🙌

Hi Eileen ~ I have struggled with these internal tremors for 3 years. They are so overwhelming. No one suspected it was linked to my peri-menopause & diagnosed it incorrectly as an anxiety disorder. I wish to share that the only relief has been the A Vogel "Nervousness/Insomnia" formula. This product is phenomenal for internal tremors & I have now stopped all anxiety medication. Thank you very much A Vogel 💖

For me, it feels like sitting inside an idling car but the idling is inside of you. It's crazy.. mine started in ativan withdrawal but also coinciding with the brink of menopause...I have just had a hysterectomy but they left ovaries in since I'm only 51..I get this sensation now when stressed, or when I have hot baths or long hot showers and when i overeat too much refined sugar or chocolate in one go...my iron vit d and b12 are good...maybe I also have insulin resistance a bit tho..I even had an mri on my brain last week and he ruled out all the major brain diseases so this video is very reassuring..I have been in hypervigilence for 3 years so my nervous system is always primed

I'm 55 and I'm feeling vibrating every day 😢. I went to an ent doctor yesterday they cleaned my ears. When i came home i still felt it but not in my ears. Now today I'm feeling them again. My hemoglobin is low so i have and appointment with a hematologist today. So Hopefully i can get some iron infusions. I'm sick of this and it's very disturbing 😢. I don't drink anything with caffeine. I pray that it goes away. Thank you for the video...✌🏽❤🙏🏽😊

I don't know where to start. First of all thank you for this video. In the last two weeks I have experienced upper leg muscle tremors while in bed and twitching all over my body. Getting an MRI for lower back as I have years of back problems but I did a search on this channel because I was curious if this might be related to menopause/post menopause. This has had me in fear and worry. I see other women here have experienced some of these strange symptoms. Thank you for all your information.
